Here's a list of the most frequently asked questions, to better know the Hotel Concord and its features:
The Hotel Concord is just a stone’s throw from Viale Ceccarini, at 1 Via Rismondo. If you don’t have a sat-nav, just follow the signs for the city centre and the sea from the motorway – you’ll find us in no time.
The hotel is just 100 metres from the beach; you simply need to cross the promenade.
Of course! The hotel is situated in a very central location, but you can always drive right up to the entrance to unload your luggage. After 6 pm, the area around the hotel sometimes becomes a pedestrian zone, but accessing the hotel is not a problem. Barriers are placed on the access road, which can be removed to allow cars through, and if there are traffic wardens, there’s no problem: simply say you are our guests. There are no CCTV cameras or restricted traffic zones.
Guests at the Hotel Concord have access to a private underground car park, with a reserved space, located 50 metres from the hotel, at a cost of €18.00 per night. This option ensures security: access to the car park is restricted to holders of the remote control, which we provide. Advance booking is strongly recommended.
For vehicles taller than 2 metres or LPG cars, a number of spaces are also available in a fenced (uncovered) car park opposite the hotel, at the same cost.
The Hotel Concord provides bicycles free of charge, so you can explore the city without the hassle of parking and… without polluting! For longer journeys, such as trips to nearby Rimini, Misano Adriatico and Cattolica, or to reach the amusement parks of Riccione Oltremare and Aquafan, the most economical and practical option is public transport, with the extensive StartRomagna network and the MetroMare coastal metro.
The Hotel Concord is just 350 metres from Riccione railway station. However, we realise that with luggage, even 350 metres can be a bit of a challenge, so we provide a free shuttle service to and from Riccione railway station (to be booked in advance, subject to availability).
You can contact our partner beach establishments directly (find them here), choose your spot and pay the lifeguard directly, or add the Beach + Drinks package when you book.
Children are welcome: we provide cots in the rooms, high chairs in the dining room, and baby baths on request. For baby food, parents can make use of a fully equipped kitchen, free of charge and at any time of day. Vegetable broths and purées will be prepared free of charge by the kitchen team upon request.
We have a lovely outdoor swimming pool, heated to 28°C and featuring a hydromassage waterfall. As the pool is outdoors, its availability depends on the weather and is seasonal. Generally speaking, it is open from late May to late September. Next to the pool there is also a 4-person hot tub with water heated to 36°C, which can therefore also be used in spring and autumn.
The breakfast buffet is open from 7.30 am to 11.00 am. On special occasions (conferences, trade fairs, sporting events), if necessary, it can be brought forward to 7 am upon request.
Our restaurant, which serves a buffet dinner, is open from Saturday 30 May to Sunday 13 September 2026.
Our hotel offers a half-board service which includes a buffet breakfast and dinner, with microfiltered water included.
To upgrade your stay to full board, you can add the lunch package at RossoVivo Café, our bar-bistro on the ground floor, which offers a set-price daily menu including a first course, a main course with a side dish, dessert or fruit salad, and water. Alternatively, the à la carte menu at RossoVivo Cafè is always available, offering piadinas, sandwiches, first courses and cold dishes.
At the Hotel Concord, we strive to cater to every guest’s needs as best we can: that’s why we’re happy to accommodate guests with special dietary requirements, provided we’re notified at the time of booking. You can discuss the specific menu you require with our staff.
Check-in is scheduled for 2 pm. Of course, you are welcome to check in earlier, preferably from 12 noon onwards, and leave your luggage in our luggage room. We’ll be happy to let you into your room before the scheduled time, if it’s already available.
Check-out is at 10.30 am. You are welcome to leave your luggage in storage. On request and subject to availability, you may check out in the afternoon for a small additional fee.
We accept cash and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Bancomat. We do not accept American Express, Diners Club or bank cheques.
Payments by bank transfer are only possible if the balance is settled at least 5 days before departure. To avoid crowds and queues on the day of departure, we suggest settling your bill the evening before. Guests requiring an invoice are kindly requested to provide their full company name upon arrival.
For standard bookings, cancellation is free of charge within the timeframe specified in the booking confirmation (4, 7 or 10 days before arrival). Cancellations made after the agreed deadline and up to the day before arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay.
Once the free cancellation period has expired, the amount for the first night’s stay will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided as a guarantee to verify its validity. The pre-authorised amount may then be used as a deposit or released, and will become available on the card within 3 to 40 days.
In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, a penalty of 100% of the booking will be charged.
For bookings made at a non-refundable promotional rate, the full amount is charged at the time of booking; it is non-refundable and no changes to the booking are permitted.
Unused meals: Meals included in half-board will not be discounted or refunded if not taken.
Early departures or late arrivals: In the event of an early departure or late arrival, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
We welcome small and medium-sized dogs that are used to living in flats, with the sole restriction that they are not allowed in the restaurant or by the pool. There is a €15 surcharge per night for cleaning. One of our partner beach establishments, Spiaggia 75, has a dedicated dog area, so your four-legged friend can accompany you to the beach (a surcharge applies).
