The Breakfast

A 5-star breakfast… our pride and joy!

The best way to start the day? Our wonderful breakfast, served in the bright dining room overlooking the pool or al fresco by the poolside, where you can enjoy the cool morning air. Every day, our skilled chef and pastry chef craft a medley of delicacies to suit every palate, combining creativity, wholesome ingredients and a focus on wellbeing.

Morning coffee is essential, as is a lovely creamy cappuccino! You can choose to have our barista prepare your Caffè Pascucci espresso, or use our exceptional self-service machine with Lavazza coffee beans and fresh milk, with plenty of drinks to choose from.

Breakfast is available all year round, from 7.30 am to 11.00 am, on the mezzanine floor.

Here’s a short list of what you’ll find on the buffet, though it’s by no means exhaustive: our breakfast is a daily surprise!

The Sweet Corner: Homemade cakes, banana bread, plum cakes, tarts with lactose-free jam, delicious muffins, Biscuits, Small Pastry Creations, Chocolate Crepes, French Toast, Pancakes with Maple Syrup, Plain and Filled Croissants, Delicious Mini Doughnuts, Piadina with Freshly Spread Nutella.
The Healthy Corner: Fresh Fruit, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Fruit Smoothies, Plain, Fruit, Greek and Lactose-Free Yoghurt, Dried Fruit, a selection of honeys and jams, Muesli, Granola and Cornflakes.
The Savoury Corner: focaccia, soft flavoured rolls, mini pizzas, eggs cooked to order, sandwiches, filled rolls, a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, fresh vegetables, omelettes, bacon, sausages, bread baked fresh daily using wholemeal flour, and filled piadinas.

For those with special dietary requirements, lactose-free alternatives, plant-based milks and gluten-free products are always available.
