Where exactly is the Hotel Concord situated?
Hotel Concord is at n.1 Via Rismondo, near to Viale Ceccarini. If you are without a navigator, when you leave the motorway, follow the signs for the centre and the sea (mare) and you should have no difficulty in finding us.
How far is the hotel from the beach?
Hotel Concord is just 80 metres from the beach, you only have to cross the promenade.
The Hotel is in Riccione town centre: can we arrive by car?
Certainly! The hotel is very central but you can arrive at the doorstep to unload your luggage.
After 6 p.m. the surrounding area becomes a pedestrian zone, but you can still access the hotel. Barriers are drawn across the road, but these can be moved to give access for unloading.
If you are questioned , just explain that you are arriving as guests of the Hotel Concord.
What about parking?
Hotel Concord offers 2 solutions
A covered multifloor garage with h24 surveillance, about 700 m far from the Hotel, free of charge.
A private underground garage with reserved parking space, 50m from the Hotel, at cost of € 14/night.
Both solutions are secure: the first with 24/7 surveillance, the second permits access only to thosein possession of a remote control supplied by the hotel.
What types of transport are available during my stay?
The hotel provides bicycles (free of charge) for your enjoyment .
Public transport is available to reach the nearby towns and the theme parks: Aquafan, Oltremare, Acquario di Cattolica, Italia in Miniatura . Buses are frequent and affordable.
I will be arriving by train or by plane: how can I reach the Hotel?
Hotel Concord is only 300m. from Riccione station and 5 Km. from Airport “Federico Fellini”. However, we have a free shuttle service to and from the station. Ask us about it when you book!
How about beach service (beachbeds and sun umbrellas)?
You can get in touch with our affiliated beach attendant (click here to see more), choose the place you prefer and pay him/her directly, or you can add the beach package at the preferred beach when you book.
I have a very young child: what services do you offer for babies? What about food preparation?
Babies are welcome: we offer cots, baby chairs in the dining room, and on request baby-tubs and baby changers.
We provide parents with 24/7 free access to a brand new, fully equipped kitchen where they can prepare the child’s food. Vegetable broths and vegetable soups can be prepared, free of charge, by our kitchen staff, on request.
Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We have a beautiful, heated, outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool. Weather conditions have an impact on its fruition. However, it is seasonal and usually opens towards the end of May until middle September.
Are discounted tickets for theme parks available?
Yes! Discounted tickets for Aquafan and Oltremare can be bought at the Reception Desk, saving you time and money, as you won’t have to queue at the ticket office. What’s more, these tickets allow free entry the next day!
What time are meals served?
Breakfast : from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Lunch: from 12.30 p.m. to 13.30 p.m.
Dinner: from 20.00 p.m. to 21.00 p.m.
I am with people with special dietary needs: what is available for them?
Hotel Concord does its best to meet the needs of all its clients, especially those with special dietary requests. Just tell us about your needs when booking. Our kitchen staff will prepare specific menus for you.
What time can I access my room on arrival?
The room is available from 12 o’clock (lunch time). However, it is possible to check-in earlier and leave your luggage in our deposit room.
What time do I have to vacate the room?
Rooms must be vacated before 10.30 a.m. However, it is possible to leave your luggage in deposit. On request, and if available, the room may be retained until the afternoon, with a small surcharge payment.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash payments (up to the 3000 euro legal limit), most credit cards – Visa, Mastercard , Cartasì, Bancomat. To avoid queuing and worry we advise clients to settle their bills the evening previous to departure.
Are pets welcome?
In accordance with out pet policy, domestic pets (small sized dogs and cats) are allowed as long as they are well-behaved and well-trained. Be sure to keep your pets on a leash or in a carrier if they’re outside your room. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area or dining area. If your pet is deemed dangerous, harmful or disruptive, hotel management has sole discretion to require you to find other accommodation. 15 euro per day is charged for pets in order to cover sanitizing costs. Our affiliated Beach Zone 75, has a dedicated dog area, which will enable you to take your pet to the beach.
